Delivery Times:

  • Standard shipping typically takes 2-5 business days for delivery within the contiguous Türkiye and for other country contact us
  • Expedited shipping options may offer faster delivery times depending on your location.
  • Overnight shipping is available for certain locations.

International Shipping:

  • We currently do not offer international shipping for poultry products. However, please contact us for information on future availability or alternative solutions for international customers.

Returns Policy:

At Bornaplus, we are confident you’ll be satisfied with the exceptional quality and freshness of our poultry products. However, we understand that situations may arise where a return is necessary.

Conditions for Return:

  • We accept returns for unopened and undamaged chicken cuts and eggs within 7 days of delivery Based on common casualty rates.
  • Due to food safety regulations, we cannot accept returns for opened or partially consumed products.
  • We do not accept returns on perishable items shipped with expedited or overnight shipping methods.

Return Process:

  • Our customer service team will provide you with a return authorization number (RAN) and instructions on how to return your products.
  • You are responsible for the cost of return shipping.
  • Once we receive your returned products in their original, unopened, and undamaged condition, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5 business days.

Please Note:

  • We cannot process returns for orders placed more than 7 days prior.
  • We reserve the right to deny returns that do not meet our return policy guidelines.
